Iberica Oculoplastica, S.L., informs you that, as a data hosting service provider, and pursuant to the provisions of Law 34/2002 of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), it retains for a maximum period of 12 months the information essential to identifying the origin of the hosted data and the time at which the service was provided. The retention of this data does not affect the confidentiality of communications and may only be used within the framework of a criminal investigation or to safeguard public safety, and is made available to judges and/or courts or the Ministry that so requests.
Data will be communicated to the State Forces and Corps in accordance with the provisions of personal data protection regulations.
Intellectual Property Rights: Iberica Oculoplastica, S.L. is the owner of all copyrights, intellectual and industrial property rights, know-how, and any other rights related to the content of the website www.ibericaoculoplastica.com and the services offered therein, as well as the software necessary for its implementation and related information.

The user assumes civil and criminal liability arising from any incident that may occur on the servers and security systems as a direct consequence of negligent or malicious action on its part.
Intellectual Property of Hosted Content

The user is responsible for all applicable laws and regulations and rules relating to the operation of the online service, e-commerce, copyright, maintenance of public order, as well as universal principles of internet use.
The user will indemnify Iberica Oculoplastica, S.L. for any expenses incurred by the attribution of Iberica Oculoplastica, S.L. in any case for which the user is responsible, including legal fees and expenses, even in the event of a non-final court decision.
Protection of Hosted Information
Iberica Oculoplastica, S.L. makes backup copies of the content hosted on its servers; however, it is not responsible for the loss or accidental deletion of data by users. Likewise, it does not guarantee the complete restoration of data deleted by users, as such data may have been deleted and/or modified during the period since the last backup.
The services offered, except for specific backup services, do not include the restoration of content stored in backup copies made by Iberica Oculoplastica, S.L., when this loss is attributable to the user. In this case, a fee will be determined according to the complexity and volume of the recovery, always subject to the user’s acceptance.
The restoration of deleted data is only included in the service price when the loss of content is due to causes attributable to Iberica Oculoplastica, S.L.
Commercial Communications
In accordance with the LSSI (Spanish Law on the Use of Personal Data), Iberica Oculoplastica, S.L. will not send advertising or promotional communications by email or other equivalent electronic means that have not been previously requested or expressly authorized by the recipients.
In the case of users with whom there is a prior contractual relationship, Iberica Oculoplastica, S.L. is authorized to send commercial communications regarding Iberica Oculoplastica, S.L. products or services contracted with the client.
